1. Fresh Produce Quality Guarantee

If you receive any vegetables, fruits, chopped vegetables, or other perishable items that are damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

1. The product is damaged during delivery.
2. The product is spoiled or defective upon arrival.
3. An incorrect item was delivered.
4. An item is missing from your order.
5. The delivered product significantly differs from the product ordered.

To process your request, we may ask for:

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
