Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

1. The product delivered is damaged or spoiled.
2. The wrong item has been delivered.
3. The product is missing from the order.
4. The product is not fit for consumption upon delivery.
5. The delivered item significantly differs from the item ordered.

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Resolution

Upon approval of a return request, GOOD AND FRESH may provide:

3. Refund to the original payment method

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Order Cancellations

1. Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
2. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
3. Eligible cancellations will be refunded according to our refund policy.
